Newport Beach Family Photographer- Sisters and Senior Portrait Session

The best thing about being a Newport Beach family photographer is that I get to capture such gorgeous subjects.  I love this sweet senior and sister portraits session at the Bourke home in Newport Beach.  Mom and Dad, just like me, are about to become empty nesters.  What better way to freeze the moment in time than to book a family portrait session and a senior session.  Earlier this year we ran a fun promotion that if you booked a senior session with Blue Sky’s Studio, you could book an additional family session for $99.00 and the Bourke family was in!

For their youngest daughter, we decided to shoot her senior session around their vacation home in Newport Beach.  Like with most Orange County senior portrait sessions, we try to really personalize the location to the high school senior.  Since Jacquie had so many great memories in Newport Beach,  we thought it would be the perfect backdrop to show her transition into adulthood.   I loved just walking around her neighborhood and finding great textures, flowers and other cool things to incorporate into Jacquie’s session.

Since Jacquie’s high school senior portrait session was so successful, we decided to photograph her sisters with Jacquie in the same location.  That way, the family could create some beautiful keepsakes that would compliment each other and really look like they were taken during the same session.  I think this is the perfect way to tell the family story at this time in their lives.

Now Jacquie is off to Alabama (not too far from my son at LSU) and the other two sisters are off traveling the world.  Well done Mom and Dad!  Enjoy!
